I recently added one category at the highest top: local, not requiring long travelling, "free" public waters, the ones not subject to fish re-stocking. In these rivers the only fish that thrives is the one born here since generations. Streams that are not protected by strict regulations like they would deserve. They may be exploited by unconscious anglers who fill the basket to the limit. Streams sometimes neglected by many anglers because .. it is not easy to catch.
