Down in this gorge, where there is no signal for our portable terminals, where a foot in the wrong place might turn in a struggle for life, we get to rouse our primal fears and compensate our existence. Here we are reminded that without these landscapes and forests our lives are neither worthy nor in the long run sustainable.
