The Fauerbach benthos report

This part runs through a thick forest. I sampled a part 500 meter long in three different areas. The upper part was very close to the crenal and here I found the stoneflies. The part more downstream was dominated by mayflies species. Present everywhere and in large quantity was the ubiquos Gammarus.
